HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR MUSIC

WHAT YOU NEED TO INCLUDE
• Your name/artist band name
• Track title(s) and genre
• A short note about how your music connects to food, flavour, or community (we love stories behind the sound!)
• A brief bio about you/your project
FILE GUIDELINES
• Accepted formats: MP3 (preferred) or WAV
• Standard email attachments are limited to 25MB – for larger files, please use free services like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox and send us the share link in your email
• Please name files clearly (e.g., “ArtistName_TrackTitle.mp3”)
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Our team will review all submissions and reach out if your music is selected for airplay. We aim to respond within 2 weeks of receiving your email.

To ensure our airwaves remain positive and inclusive for all audiences, we require all submitted music to meet the following standards:
• No content containing sexually explicit, exploitative, or offensive material
• No hate speech, discrimination, or promotion of harmful activities
• All tracks must be original work, or you must hold the necessary rights to share and broadcast them
• We welcome all genres – from acoustic folk to upbeat electronic, jazz to indie rock – as long as they align with our community values

1. Complete the form below with your artist details, track information, and a brief bio
2. Upload up to 3 tracks (MP3 format, 320kbps recommended)
3. Agree to our terms, confirming you own the rights to the music, and it meets our content guidelines
4. Submit your application – our team will review all submissions and contact you within 14 working days if your music is selected for broadcast.
